If you have decided you have probably got whooping cough you may wish to explain why to your medical advisor. Below is a printable statement that I have prepared and it might help him/her to help you.

To print it out click the arrow icon that should appear in the top right of the information sheet below.

If you cannot see it try hovering over that area with your mouse or tap it according to the device you are using. It should then open in another tab and show options, one of which is a printer icon.

Depending on your browser setup it will print or open in a new browser tab from where you can select a print option.
