Dear Visitor

Here you can select from the links on the left, the areas you are interested in. Most people go straight for the symptoms and the sound files because they are the things you came here for. From these pages you may decide that you possibly have whooping cough, and that may be enough for you.

The links on the left are on most pages, so you can easily move about the whole site and still know where you are and have been. Sometimes when you go to a page there is a futher selection of pages on the right for you to choose from.

Most titles are self explanatory. The information is intended for patients but professionals will find it useful too. I have tried to keep the more technical stuff towards the bottom of the site.

I welcome comments about your case, or the site, but I cannot usually respond, although I always read them.

You can email me for a personal response if you wish. I make a small charge for this which helps towards the cost of maintaining the site, which has no commercial links and is non-profitmaking.

You would be well advised to read about who I am. As with all information, you need to know the source before deciding whether to believe it or not.
